    You can make a State tax payment by using our website at www.iltaxpayment.com. Our secure sites offer you the convenience of paying your State taxes using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. Your payment is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation number as proof of your payment.
